CANCELLATIONS: Out of respect for our guests, we require twenty-four hours notice to cancel appointments so your time may be offered to someone else.
ARRIVAL TIME: Please plan to arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are 15 minutes late without calling we may need to reschedule your appointment.
CONDUCT/ETIQUETTE: Limit your cell phone use please. We ask that all guests of Unique to keep voice levels to a minimum as we have created a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates are not refundable or exchangeable at anytime. Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash, and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: We welcome Cash, Debit cards, Discover, and Visa/MasterCard.
GRATUITY: Cash or Debit cards only. Your gratuity is a courtesy to us for the job well done.
CHILDREN AND PETS: We do not recommend bringing small children since they cannot be completely supervised during services. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of a seeing-eye dog.
CELL PHONES: Please refrain from using cell phones while in the spa. We strive for a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all to enjoy.
